of animated gifs backgrounds, and lines, it contains
a series of excellent tutorials on web design and is
the one I used in learning to design this site. I found the beautiful
birds background used in my 'sea song' at this site.
All of my earlier poetry banners were created on this site.
Now I make my own. This is a great site for webmasters with no graphics program.
This is probably one of the largest
and most complete classical music sites on the web. Ask permission to use their music.
They are very gracious about granting it.

This site is probably one of the
largest and finest sources of classical art on the internet. Many of my earlier paintings came from
Artmagick. They are very
good about granting permission to use their paintings.
This site has gorgeous backgrounds
which are all free to the user.
The delicate floral border at the
head of 'Our Game' came from this site. The borders
are hand drawn and exquisite.
This is another great source of
both animated and non-animated gifs.
I find most of my non-classical midis using
this search engine.
Besides providing many backgrounds
and gifs, you can design your own logo on line here.

This site contains classical guitar music synthesized by David Lovell, as
well as his own compositions. The quality of his midis is excellent!
This site provides an excellent
tutorial on using FTP for transferring files from
your hard drive to your
website. It includes detailed pictures
of the FTP screen, making it much easier to follow
the instructions.
